Central Command Machine Audit (CCMA) is an internal field tool for authorised staff to audit an organisation's fleet of card payment terminals scan the barcode on the back of each machine and reconcile it against the master list.
SUPPORT
CCMA is for authorised staff only. You sign in with your Work ID (WWID); access to the audit data is controlled by your organisation, not by the app. If you need access, contact your audit coordinator.
No signal on site? Keep scanning CCMA queues your work and syncs automatically when you are back in coverage. Damaged or unreadable barcode? Use the manual serial-entry option on the scan screen. Something not right? Email support@sofluid.com with your WWID and a short description.
PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated 19 July 2026.
What the app handles: your Work ID; scan and audit records (terminal serial, site, timestamp, and your WWID); optional photos of a faulty or unregistered device; and the camera, used only to read barcodes and take those photos.
Where it goes: this information is sent to and stored in the operating organisation's own systems (its audit spreadsheet or database and its file storage), and is used only to run and report on the equipment audit. The app and its developer do not collect this information for their own purposes, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties.
What the app does not do: CCMA contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking. It does not build a profile of you, does not track you across other apps or websites, and does not request location or contacts.
Data control and retention: the operating organisation controls the audit data and how long it is kept. Requests to access or remove records should go to your organisation's audit coordinator. CCMA is a workplace tool and is not directed at children.
